ArmInfo. Former Armenian Defense Minister Mikael Harutyunyan, accused in the March 1, 2008 case of overthrowing the constitutional order and hiding from the investigation in Russia, is a citizen of the Russian Federation. This was answered to the corresponding request of the Special Investigation Service of Armenia from the authorized structures of Russia.

This was stated by the  Prosecutor General of Armenia Artur Davtyan in an interview with  journalists.
